Discovery & Estimate
Audience, objectives, channels, accessibility, multi-agency needs. Estimate within one business day.
Converso runs the live, two-way conversations between Canada's institutions and the people they serve — telephone town halls, virtual meetings, voting, advocacy. Every voice on the record. No middlemen. No filters.
Canadians want to be consulted. They don't feel heard. The gap between expectation and reality is what every public-facing institution is now paying for at the ballot box, in the bargaining room, and in the news cycle.
Live, two-way conversations between your organization and the people you serve — at any scale, on any phone, with every voice on the record. No middlemen, no media filter, no consultation theatre.
Every Converso engagement is custom-built. The capabilities below are the building blocks — used standalone or in combination, scaled to a hundred attendees or a hundred thousand.
Telephone, video, hybrid, in-person town halls and member meetings. Two-way live, every comment captured.
Multi-event campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and public consultations across regions, sectors, and audiences.

"I have used Converso's services during times of urgency (wildfires, floods, Covid, etc.), and have experienced firsthand their ability to adjust, pivot and execute professional services regardless of the changing details, timelines or urgency."
"I can honestly say that I have never experienced a more effective, productive and straightforward way to communicate with, hear from, and get crucial input from, thousands of members at the same time."

Telephone-first design isn't a nostalgia choice. It's how you reach the seniors, the rural communities, and the Canadians whose only access to consultation is the device sitting on their kitchen counter. When the channel works for them, it works for everyone.

The Converso white paper on town halls — what makes a town hall move the needle, what gets people to dial in, and how the best public-sector teams turn a 90-minute event into 16 measurable outcomes. Free download, one email, no spam.
Converso was founded in the middle of a wildfire. In 2015, when a Canadian community needed to hear directly from its leaders — and its leaders needed to hear back from a population scattered across a province — the existing tools failed.
We built what was missing. Today, that same channel runs daily during emergencies, quarterly during budgets, and weekly during bargaining — for governments, hospitals, unions, and First Nations across Canada.
You don't need to know every parameter yet. Three short questions, then a real human reads it and gets back to you with an estimate, a sample plan, and dates that work.
