CARL MAVROMICHALIS PRESIDENT & CEO

Carl is an Accredited Business Communicator with 20 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement and public affairs. He has experience working with and for a variety of organizations in the corporate, non-profit and government sectors, including Air Canada, Government of Alberta, Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, MolsonCoors, City of Toronto, Public Service Alliance of Canada and Scotiabank, to name a few. He is one of Canada’s leading authorities on the use of Virtual Town Halls having personally completed over 300 events since 2011, including the evacuation of Fort McMurray, AB in 2016. He is also an Associate with global crisis management firm CS&A International.

Carl is an international speaker, has an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Guelph and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Ryerson University. He has additional training in crisis communications.

CHRISTINE KEMP

VICE-PRESIDENT, SALES & MARKETING

Christine is passionate about bringing Converso’s clients together with their stakeholders through virtual meetings.

With over 15 years of experience in communications, politics and civic engagement, she has worked at Toronto City Hall, the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and in community advocacy.

As a Partner at Converso, Christine leads Business Development and Communications activities.

Christine has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph.

VIERI BERRETTI DIRECTOR, PRODUCTION

As Director, Client Development Vieri oversees Converso’s long-term strategic business growth through existing and new client business development. Prior to joining Converso, Vieri worked for 30 years in the hospitality and customer service industry, initially with a large international corporation and then as owner-operator of a multi-unit restaurant company. More recently, Vieri worked as a lobbyist and strategist for a political consultancy start-up. Outside of work Vieri is involved with non-profit organizations that further the interests of contemporary art and as a certified CSIA instructor, downhill skiing.

KISHA AMBER -

EVENT PRODUCER

Kisha Amber has been a part of the Live Event Technology industry for over 10 years, working as an Audio Video Technician in the Greater Toronto Area. With over 5 years of Live Streaming and Webcasting technical experience, she is well versed in many areas of Event Production and Live Entertainment.
